As a graduate of Mindful Schools yearlong Mindful Teacher training, Kate is trained in age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and diversity-conscious curriculum. Clinical Settings

 Mindful approaches to mental and physical healthcare supports the work you do and provides calm comfort to staff, patients and their families. Healthcare workers who practice mindfulness experience less burnout and greater resiliency. Mindfulness offers clients tools for mitigating the stress of healing. Kate's training and experience includes skillfully offering mindfulness to those with brain differences, mental illness, and those suffering from trauma.
