Balancing depth with accessibility, Kate offers traditional, creative and interactive practices to help participants make the most of the wellness benefits of mindfulness. More than mere self-help, Kate teaches from her own practice journey and from a socially conscious, ethical basis, recognizing individual differences with compassion and respect.
Kate has offered classes through River Wisdom Insight Meditation Community in Eugene, OR, at Creswell Wellness Center in Creswell, OR, at Cocoon Healing Arts in Santa Monica, CA, and at InsightLA in Los Angeles, among other places.
