Mindfulness Coaching
Kate Savage offers individualized coaching for anyone who wants to learn mindfulness, who is in transition, or who seeks to clarify their unique life path. With compassion and patience, Kate listens deeply and offers a variety of research-based mindfulness approaches including guided and sound meditation, self-inventory inquiries, and creative practices. Using mindfulness as a basis for self-reflection, you'll be fully supported in exploring your deep intentions, gifts, values, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. You’ll leave each session with a plan and tools that can be immediately implemented for growth aligned with your individual purpose. For ages 14-adult, on Zoom or in person.
Coaching Fees: (10% discount applied to 4 + sessions booked and paid in advance per month)
Initial intake session (required): $75 for 75 minutes
One hour session: $65
45-minute session: $50
Please note: mindfulness coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy.
